Got an idea for your dream plush? :D Awesome! Please take a look at my galleryand see if you think my style would be fitted for the job! I have abasic price guide here so you can get a rough estimate before emailing me.
① Send me an email at or send me a message on my facebook!
② Include a reference of what you had in mind.
③ Wait for a reply. I'll get back to you with a quote with various sizes and prices when I can.
④ You may then decide if you would like to commit or not.
⑤ After hearing back from me, if you would like to commit to the commission, at least 50% is due up front to claim your slot. It must then be paid off within 45 days of your 1st payment date to keep your spot in line or else your project will keep getting bumped down the list until you are able to pay off your order.
⑥ Unless a shipping quote was given with your price quote, shipping will be determined after your project is finished and collected after it's boxed up and weighed.
Misc Commission Terms
Please understand commissions take time. I finish about 1-2 a week so as long as they are easy-average detailed plushies. Some weeks you may see less updates on the status chart if I am working on a large scale or a very detailed plush.
I would like to change my order, what do I do? Please email me immediatly. If the project has not been started, it should be okay. :)
However you may owe extra for new the new materials for the change.
I would like to cancel my order. Since these are custom orders, there are no refunds. I can however offer a kill fee though. The kill fee is 50% of your total to compensate for correspondance with you, planning, sketches, patterning, embroidery files programed, time shopping, etc. and all materials purchased. The other 50% is refunded to you.
Is it disrespectful for me to check in for progress? No! Not at all. :D Feel free to message me anytime. Just don't be shocked if you are slot 12 on the commission queue and your project doesn't have much progress on it yet. ^_^; I work in order of who has paid first, so I am most likely working on projects placed ahead of yours. It would be chaos on my end to juggle on 20+ projects at a time. ^_^; Thank you for understanding!
Each project comes with 2 hours of edits if needed. Edits after the 2 hour mark will be $15 per hour. You will be given the option to proceed with edits or not once you hit past the first 2 hours.
Misc Info I will use all new materials and your project is coming from a smoke free home! :)
I really want a commission but can't afford to pay it off all at once. Do you accept payment plans? I sure do! You'd come up with a payment plan that works best for your budget and then you would let me know. (So for instance if you wanted to do $20 every 2 weeks or $50 a month until it's paid off, I am totally fine with that. ^_^) Also, it's okay if you miss a payment, but just keep me in the know. :D Once you are 45 days within your final payment date, your order will join the commission line.
I saw this really cool plush on the internet by another plush artist. Can you make me this one?? I am sorry but I have to polietly decline these kinds of requests. It's both disrespectful to myself and the original artist to ask someone else to make an exact plush someone else made. Please save us both time and just contact the original artist. Thank you! :D
I would like to commission a plush of _______! Can I see one you made of them? I get asked this a lot. ^_^; If you dont see it in my gallery, chances are I havent made it yet. These are all custom orders after all. :D
Things to know about Plush Design
Bigger does not always mean better!
The poly-fil stuffing weighs a lot when there's more plush to stuff~ So there's no guartee plushies will be able to freestand the bigger we get. You may need to invest in a doll stand should your design succumb to gravity. ^_^;
Poseable does not always mean better!
Poseability in a plush will sometimes affect the ability to hold itself up even with a plastic armature skelton. A doll stand may also be required for free standing.
Materials will be chosen at my discretion.
Critters and mascots will almost alway be made of minky and humans base bodies will almost always be made from alova and doe suedes.
If you have a special material request, please ask ahead of time and not after it is finished!
